What to do when you need service

Defective equipment may be a nuisance, but does not need to stop you 100%. So that you can return to enjoying your product as soon as possible, please follow the procedure outlined below should you ever need service:

  1. Have the model name, model number and production number (PO-no.) handy.
  2. If your equipment is still under warranty, have your proof of purchase ready.
  3. Call us. For best service, have your equipment nearby to assist our trained service associates in answering any questions as quickly as possible.

Replacement parts: Order replacement parts here!

Dear customer,

HAMMER fitness equipment is subjected to stringent quality control during production and before shipment. Should you, however, notice that a part is missing or defective, please do not return the equipment. We ask that you instead use the enclosed requisition sheet to order the required replacement part. We shall process any replacement part orders immediately.
Please use the same requisition sheet for also ordering expendable parts that have worn out following extended use and have to be replaced. In this case, we will send you a quote.

Please note: Warranty claims are valid only with proof of purchase!
