The intensity of exercise can be controlled manually in 24 different levels. 25 unique programs ensure lasting training motivation. The EX7 provides 14 prefabricated Fitness programs with different mountain and valley profiles, 5 heart rate programs (55, 65, 75, 85% of the max. Heart rate), as well as a personalized heart rate program.

Moreover, the elliptical trainer features integrated speakers. Connect your phone and listen to your favourite music; simply mount your device over the auxiliary port for sports.

Heart rate oriented workout and health

Integrated with the EX7, heart rate programs (HRC) support effective health-oriented cardio. Pulse limit can be set individually depending on the level of training and ensures that you do not overload, or work inefficiently. The pulse can be measured via hand sensors or using the optional chest strap and control.

The fitness score to increase performance

If you press the recovery button after the end of training, the pulse is measured for 60 seconds back continuously. From this, a fitness grade is calculated, which can range from 1 "very good" and 6 "terrible".
